We believe that the most valuable people for your company already work for you!
Today, companies are facing the 4th Industrial Revolution and its massive introduction of new technology (especially Artificial Intelligence) and robotics to the future workplace. In fact, some experts predict that as many as half of the jobs on the planet will be dramatically changed — or entirely eliminated — within this decade.
Many executives react to this new reality by launching into tireless competition for the latest (and most expensive) skills in the talent marketplace. But our research shows that there is a better solution. We’ve found that the most cost-effective, least disruptive to productivity, and least painful workforce strategies focus on reskilling, not restaffing.
And, perhaps ironically, Naomi actually uses that same Artificial Intelligence to intuitively expose the hidden skills and learning potential of your workforce while also predicting the new skills that will be vital to your company’s future success.

We understand that the new technology and robotics won’t be entirely painless and some people simply won’t be able to make the transition in your company.
Naomi applies the latest Artificial Intelligence to accurately and intuitively analyze the skills needs of your company and the skills of your employees. Our technological infrastructure is based on three important components:
Naomi’s ontology is the very core of our AI. It is the collection of skills, coded conceptually and linguistically, we analyze. These skills represent the skills needs of your company and the skills of your employees plus many other possible skills that may not be visible to your managers.
This is what makes Naomi different than other AI solutions. The calculus allows the skills to be conceptually and mathematically compared to each other. In our case, the relationships are measured by the distance of the skills meanings from each other – other AI’s use word recognition.
AI is a broad term that includes a lot of technologies. This can be confusing. But in the case of Naomi, AI refers to her ability to continuously experiment when she uses her “intuition” and predictions, then adapts to your managers’ feedback.
What sets Naomi apart from other AI business solutions is that, instead of depending on word recognition to measure the relationships between skills, we use “meanings”.
An easy way to think about meaning-based AI is to first understand other types of AI. For example, most AI solutions will compare an apple and orange by comparing the actual words “apple” and “orange”. Naomi uses a higher level of analysis and, using the example above, we are able to show that both an apple and orange are “fruits”.
Meaning-based AI allows Naomi to be immediate applicable to the needs of your company. Naomi’s extra level of sophistication allows us to analyze skills in different forms of programming languages with each other instead of separately.
of managers believe that they are not doing a good job meeting the learner’s needs (employee development expectations)
of learners apply the skills from learning/training to their job only
